T\u00fcm vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za \u00f6rnek ve e\u015fit hizmeti verece\u011fiz. 15 bin metrekare alana in\u015fa edilecek ve 6 bin 420 metrekare oturum alan\u0131 bulunan hizmet binas\u0131 projesi, 2 bodrum kat, zemin kat, 2 baza kat ve 6 ofis kat\u0131ndan olu\u015facak. Bina i\u00e7erisinde ise; Do\u011fubeyaz\u0131t Belediyesi hizmet birimleri ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ofisleri, konferans salonu, \u00e7ok ama\u00e7l\u0131 salon, sergi salonu, meclis salonu, enc\u00fcmen salonu, kre\u015f ve otoparktan olu\u015facak.  \u015eehir merkezimizde trafik sorunu olu\u015fturmamak ad\u0131na yerin alt\u0131nda 2 kattan olu\u015fturaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z 8 bin 841 metrekare oturum alan\u0131na sahip olan meydan alt\u0131 otopark\u0131 943 adet ara\u00e7 kapasitesine sahip olacak.\r\nAyn\u0131 zamanda hizmet binas\u0131ndan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 daha fazla faydaland\u0131rabilmek ad\u0131na \u00e7e\u015fitli etkinliklerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilece\u011fi bir meydana da sahip olacak. Meydan i\u00e7erisinde seyir teras\u0131, etkinlik meydan\u0131, yans\u0131ma havuzlar\u0131, kent koridoru, an\u0131t alan\u0131, 3 adet kafe binas\u0131, bisiklet yolu, piknik alan\u0131, yans\u0131ma havuzu, y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yolu ve peyzaj alanlar\u0131 ile \u015fehrin yeni kent park\u0131 i\u015flevini \u00fcstlenecek.
